Instructions for Camera-Ready Manuscript

Final manuscripts must be uploaded via EDAS

The page limit and format requirements of the camera-ready manuscript are identical to those of the review manuscript. In particular, authors must ensure that the manuscripts do not exceed 5 pages in length plus an optional extra page containing references only. Please use the IEEE Template for Conference Proceedings without any modifications to the font size, margins, geometry, or the paper size. Camera-ready manuscripts must use the US letter paper size and a font size no smaller than 10 points. The abstract should be limited to 300 words, and the abstract stored in EDAS must coincide with the abstract in the camera-ready manuscript.

Papers should have no page numbers and no headers or footers. Type 3 fonts must be avoided, and all fonts should be embedded in the pdf file. Note that the top and bottom margins will be used by the organizers to stamp conference and copyright information while preparing the proceedings.

Presentation of Accepted Papers

All accepted papers must be presented at the workshop. Authors of accepted papers will have the option of presenting their papers in-person or online. Online sessions are scheduled to be held during November 1-2 and in-person sessions during November 6-9.

Review Manuscript Submission Policy

The contents of the submitted manuscript must not have been published or submitted for possible publication in another conference. Further, at the time of submitting the manuscript to this workshop, the materials in the manuscript should not have been previously published or accepted for publication as part of a journal paper.

Page Limit

Manuscripts should not exceed 5 pages in length plus an optional extra page containing references only.

Submitted manuscripts should be of sufficient detail to be evaluated by expert reviewers in the field. If full proofs cannot be accommodated within the page limit, the authors are encouraged to publicize these as supplementary material which can be openly accessed, and provide the specific reference in the submitted manuscript; however, reviewers and the TPC are not required to read any supplementary material, and submissions are expected to be intelligible and complete without it.

Review Manuscript Format

Authors are encouraged to use LaTeX to format their manuscript using the IEEE Template for Conference Proceedings. We recommend using this template without any modifications to the font size, margins, geometry, or the paper size.

Submissions should use the US letter paper size, font size no smaller than 10 points, and must follow the IEEE Conference Proceedings template. The abstract should be limited to 300 words. Papers should have no page numbers and no headers or footers. Type 3 fonts must be avoided, and all fonts should be embedded in the pdf file. Note that the top and bottom margins will be used by the organizers to stamp conference and copyright information while preparing the proceedings.
