Please read the information here carefully before proceeding with registration. The link to the registration gateway is provided at the bottom of this page.

For each accepted paper, a paper charge of $100 is applicable.

The deadline for author registration is August 29, 2022 September 10, 2022. (This is a final, hard deadline. There will be no further extensions of this deadline.) At least one author for each accepted paper has to necessarily register and pay the applicable paper charges by this date. Please note that a paper charge of $100 must be paid for each accepted paper. 

Participants who require an Indian visa are required to register and fill this Google form by August 29, 2022. 

The deadline for ALL registrations will be October 21, 2022. This is a HARD DEADLINE, and the registration portal will be closed after this. Thereafter, only in-person registration will be possible on site, during the conference.

In addition to the paper charge, the conference attendees have to register in one of the two categories – In-person or Online-Only registration.

A single in-person conference registration includes access to the following:

• All ITW conference sessions (Nov 1-2, Nov 6-9)
• Tutorial sessions
• Conference proceedings
• Access to online portal
• Refreshments and lunch (Nov 6-9)
• Banquet dinner
• Conference kit

Note that this does not include costs for travel, insurance or accommodation.

A single online-only conference registration includes remote access to the following:

• All ITW conference sessions (Nov 1-2, Nov 6-9)
• Tutorial sessions
• Conference proceedings
• Access to online portal

Please note that for each accepted paper, at least one author of the paper has to attend the conference and present the paper in either in-person or online-only mode for the paper to appear in the technical program and the conference proceedings.

Examples:

1. If you would like to register 2 papers, are an IT Society Member, plan to attend the conference in-person, and would like an extra banquet dinner coupon for a friend/family member, then the total registration fees would be 2x$100 + $200 + $40 = $440.
2. If you are not an author of an accepted paper (or are otherwise not registering a paper), are an IT Society Student Member, and would like to attend online-only, then the total registration fees would be $80.

Notes:

1. Payments can be made using Visa or Mastercard only. American Express, Discover cards etc. are not accepted by the payment gateway. For Indian registrants, payments can made via Netbanking as well.
2. For registrants from India, payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Credit cards issued by Indian banks do not allow USD payments through an Indian payment portal.
3. Upon completing the registration process, you will get a confirmation email that is generated automatically. If you do not receive this email in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you cannot find it there as well, please email registrations@itw2022.in.
4. Author/paper registrations close on August 29, 2022 September 10, 2022, and the registration gateway will close for ALL registrations on October 21, 2022.
5. A limited number of student/postdoc travel awards are available, which include a registration fee waiver. If you intend to apply for a travel award, then please DO NOT pay the applicable registration fees for attending the ITW in person until the awards are announced. You must still register and pay the applicable paper charges ($100 per paper) prior to August 29, 2022 September 10, 2022.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

Registration fees are non-refundable. If you paid for in-person registration but are unable to attend the conference in person, we will convert your registration to online-only, but the difference in registration fees will not be refunded.

If you need a visa, then we will collect some personal details from you that we are required to provide to the Government of India for obtaining the necessary approvals. In this case, it is required that you register and fill the form at the bottom of this page by August 29, 2022.
